Orders

Why can’t I place a sample order?

We current do not currently offer samples for a variety of reasons; costs, manpower and special packaging are just some of the reasons. As we grow we may decide to start offering in the future, so stay tuned.

Are the printing facilities operational or do I risk a order delay due to COVID-19?

The manufacturer facilities in Europe and Mexico are running as normal, while adhering to each country’s public health guidelines and social distancing measures in place.

With the shelter in place order lifted in North Carolina, we’re slowly increasing capacity at our Charlotte facilities while continuing to follow health & safety guidelines. Our facility in LA is back to fulfilling more and more all-over print products.

Our priority is still the health and safety of our employees. We’re distributing PPE, staggering shifts, maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station, and setting up partitions at tables in our break rooms. In Charlotte, we set up an on-site wellness clinic with consultations available 24/7 over the phone.

We’re also cautiously moving forward with our new facility in Barcelona. Our team there is already fulfilling orders. We’re starting out with posters and some DTG shirts, and we plan to add mugs, phone cases, and embroidery. We’re starting out slow, but once we scale up we’ll be able to balance European orders between two locations.

We will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, local governments, and health agencies and adapt our facility operations accordingly.

To help us manage order volume, we partnered with outside facilities that will help us fulfill orders. As of now, we’re working with eight partner facilities in the US, Europe, and Australia. We’re exploring options for more products and locations. The more facilities we partner with, the more control we have over where to route your orders.

We’ve chosen the best backup facilities in the market for quality standards, but production quality and speed may differ from what we offer.

Why can’t I get printed Face Masks?

Unfortunetly at this time due to manufactuer capabilities I can not offer printed masks through this website. I do have other sources from which you can order some of my work printed on masks as well as other items that I may not carry here as well. Check out my work at MadMando Shop at RedBubble  or at MadMando Marketplace at Teespring

How are the Face Masks meant to be used?

Our Face Masks are made from cloth, and they aren’t medical equipment. We offer them in 2 sizes that are sold in packs of 3.

The CDC now suggests wearing face cloth coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. This additional safety measure helps protect others in case you have coronavirus, but don’t show any symptoms.

You should still follow other protective measures as well, and closely follow the latest recommendations from public health officials and the CDC to make an informed decision about how this product should be used for you and your customers.

When will you have more items available?

As manufacturing capabilities return I will be replacing the items I removed. They were removed due to excessive fulfillment times and I didn’t want my buyers to be waiting over a month just for their order to ship.

Because of delays, we’re routing US, Canadian, and Australian orders to Europe only when it’s a product that we can’t fulfill in the US or Mexico.

In Latvia, airlines are easing restrictions on flights, which means we’ll be able to ship orders out more frequently. Right now, there are flights going out to Vilnius, Tallinn, Oslo, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Helsinki, and Munich.

We’re disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for domestic and international orders from the US as our carriers can’t guarantee fast delivery.

We’re in touch with our carriers and they’ll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

Is it safe to receive packages from areas where COVID-19 has been reported?

This is what the World Health Organization recommends

Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
